Way back in my childhood days, every Wisteria festival i go and play at the temple where the festival is held. There were raffle games and free fuji cakes. But as i grow up, i have never been back to the place.
家のすぐ近くでしているのにも関わらず、今回行くのは15年ぶりぐらいだと思います。
Despite of my house being near the festival, it took almost 15 years for me to go back to the place.
しかも、夜はライトアップした藤の花を見る事が出来るということで、夜にいってみました。
Even at night Wisteria viewing is possible because of the light up.
ライトアップされた藤の花
藤と言えば明るいところでみることが多いかと思われます。
I think Wisteria's flowers look so many if viewed from bright light.
桜のように夜藤見ながらお花見なんて習慣はありませんから。
Unlike the Sakura viewing practice of having a picnic under the tree, Wisteria festival isn't much of like that.
なのでこのように、お祭りをしているような所でなければライトアップ藤をみる事が出来ませんね。
that's why in the places where Wisteria festival is not being held, there is no Wisteria light up.

藤の花言葉
藤にも花言葉というものがあるんだそう。

ちなみに花言葉とは、その花の特質によって象徴的な意味を持たせる言葉です。（wikipediaより)
When you say language of a flower, it means every flower has a symbolic meaning.
ちなみにちなみに、桜の花言葉は「優れた美人」。
By the way Cherry Blossom (Sakura) means "great beauty"
日本の代表する花として相応しい花言葉ですね。
Which is an appropriate symbol of Japan.
さて、藤の花はと言うと、「決して離れない」。
Wisteria means "Never takes off"
藤の花は大きくなると写真のように枝を鉄棒に巻きつけながら成長していきます。
As shown in the photos Wisteria flowers have twisted branches but still continue to grow.
その様子から決して離れないとなったと思われます。
Just like that appearance, it never takes off.
水辺での使用には専用のハウジングケースを使います。
I used a water-proof housing.
普通ならハウジングケースだけでカメラより高いお金を払ったりすることがありますが、
Gopro`s water-proof case costs a bit higher than other usual cameras.
なんとGoProは、どのモデルにも標準でついてきます。
また、水辺での使用には下記のようなフロートグリップを使うのがお勧めです。
It is also recommended to use to float grip for water use.
もし水中でGoProを落としたり手放してしまっても沈む事無く浮き上がってきます。
When in water and you lose grip and drop the Gopro the float-grip will protect it from sinking.
また、このタイプはカメラのネジがついているので自撮り棒と組み合わせて使うことが出来ます。
This grip-type is equipped with a screw that can be connected (pov stick) to camera for taking pictures
しかし、このようなアクセサリーに関しては廉価品ではなくある程度高くて品質が高そうな物が良いですね。
However, for accessories its better to consider the quality rather than the price. A bit expensive with good quality is better.
僕が購入したのはNeoPineというメーカーのもので、海で使用しても錆びる事はありませんでした。
I purchased the grip from NeoPine maker. Even if used in sea water, it will not be rusty.
しかし、海で使用することを前提にしたものなので、廉価品でも錆びないようになっているかとは思います。
However, just like this accessories which designed for water usage, so even cheaper versions might not rust. I think so.
GoProをハウジングケースに入れる際の注意点
また、ハウジングケースを使用する際にカバーがあれば安心です。
For additional protection, when using the housing case its better to have the cover.
これに関して言えばとにかく安い物を選んでも問題ないでしょう。
For this cover accessory, purchasing the cheaper versions wont be an issue.

So i just got HERO3’s case which also fits on HERO4

GoProとは?
GoProとは、ビデオカメラの中のウェアラブルカメラ(着用できるカメラ)というジャンルの物になります。
GoPro is just like a video camera but it is very portable.
このHERO4は、今でこそ市場にたくさん出回っていますが最初はやっとの思いで手に入れました。
When GoPro HERO4 came to market, it got sold out immediately and i barely got it. But right now its readily available on the market.
なにしろ、ウェアラブルカメラの人気上昇により2014年の夏はGoProHero3+が品切れ続出でした。
Last summer , GoPro HERO3+ boomed and was sold out one after another.
2014年9月末 Hero4の発売日の発表には期待の高まりと共に株価が過去最高値を記録。
End of September 2014 , as expected stock price rise due to the announcement of releasing of the GoPro HERO4.
2014年12月にGoPro HERO4 Black Editionが外国より遅れて国内での発売開始となりました。
December 2014 GoPro HERO4 Black Edition was released late here in Japan other than the other countries.
ヨドバシカメラで予約するも入荷日未定の状態が続き、注文から1ヵ月後に手に入れることができました。
I ordered GoProHERO4 at YODOBASHI CAMERA and i received it after a month.

そもそも、なぜGoProが欲しくなったのか。
Why I wanted GoPro?
今まで、どこかへ遊びに行くときはCanon EOS7Dという一眼レフを使用しており、現在はGoProと両方持っていく事が多いです。
Most of the time i carry Canon EOS7D with me every time i go out which is a single-lens reflex camera. Just recently I bring both Canon EOS7D and GoPro going out.
Canon EOS7Dは、はっきり言って良い写真は撮れます。
Honestly, Canon EOS7D still takes better photos.
しかし、カメラ+レンズで約1.2kgと重いうえにスペースを取るので、アウトドアでは不便と感じる事も多いです。
But Canon EOS7D is heavy and bulkly.
Making it very inconvenient during outdoor activities.
また、最近ではCanonのコンパクトデジカメでハイエンドモデルの方がもっとお安く手に入れることが出来ます。
These days Canon's high-end model compact camera is available which is cheaper than GoPro.
Canon G16 中古だとGoProの約半額で手に入れることができます。
For example a second hand Canon G16 is about half price of GoPro.
新品でも40,000円程で、更にハウジング用ケースを買っても、GoPro HERO4より安いです。
Buying a new canon with water proof housing is still cheaper than GoPro HERO4.

GoProの魅力は?
綺麗な写真を撮るカメラとしての性能でしたら、GoProよりも間違いなくカメラの一流ブランドであるCanonのハイエンドの方が上でしょう。

頂上まで上ったときの景色は最高だと感じます。

しかし、登るのは簡単に登れるのですが、家から遠いのが問題です。
The mountain is easy to climb but its quite far from my place.

佐那河内にある大河原高原と言うところは標高1013mで、市内から車で1時間程度で頂上まで行く事が出来ます。
An hour drive away from the city, located in Naka-kawauchi is the Ogawara plateau which is a 1013m above sea level.
ここは6月〜7月にかけ紫陽花が奇麗なことで有名ですね。
Around June-July on this place the famous Hydrangea flower blooms.
シーズンになると看板や広告を見かけると思います。
As per season, advertisements are also shown in billboards.
ただ、僕が登ったのは４月で、更に曇りの日でしたので、霧が凄く出ていました。
We climbed during a cloudy day on April so it was very fogy.
明け方は5m先も見えないぐらいの霧でしたが、
At dawn, because of the heavy fog as if you cant see anything within 5m distance.
日が昇るにつれて、霧が晴れて周りの景色が見えるようになってきました。
As the sun rises, fog also fades that made the surrounding visible.
